Randstad is currently looking for a .NET developer, permanent position, for one of our clients located in Montreal. The chosen candidate will contribute to the development for a digital transformation of our client.



Duties:

We are looking for a candidate that is dynamic, autonomous and with a strong skill set in software development. Knowledge of C# (.NET Framework v4.0) is mandatory. Being familiar with web and database technologies (HTML5/JavaScript, WCF, MSSQL and MongoDB) is an asset.

The candidate will be exposed to software architecture and leading technologies that are the foundation of our client.

Ultimately, the selected candidate will be asked to demonstrate initiative, creativity and resourcefulness within an agile development team.



The person has to:

· Be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident in Canada

· Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent diploma is required;

· 5 years of solid experience in programming back-end and front-end components of web-based applications;

· Experience in a collaborative coding environment;

· Solid knowledge in .NET development (C#);

· Strong web development skills (MVC, ASP.NET Web API, WCF, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS);

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

· Good English communication skills.

We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous candidate with a strong skill set in software development. Knowledge of C++ and C# (.NET Framework v2.0) programming language is mandatory. The candidate will be exposed to the integrated development environments of Microsoft Visual Studio and to user interface development technologies like Windows Forms. Ultimately, the selected candidate will be asked to demonstrate initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in an agile development team to implement their software.
