The manager is looking for a balance between having Graphic oriented and technical oriented skills with a good touch of autonomy and client-facing skills. They have an IT team in charge of the tech and a UX in charge of the design. They "need to find a 'medium' between these 2 worlds with great soft skills"


• What will be their day to day responsibilities? Understand internal client needs and technical specifications Deliver on time web pages as requested by internal clients using our Content Management System Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target. Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Who will they report to (title)? Content Activation Manager - myself
• Will they be directly managing anyone? If so, what titles and how many people? No
• What software / hardware / methodologies will they need to have experience with? - Adobe Experience Manager, a Content Management System and Adobe Target - HTML and CSS coding - Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Dreamweaver. Intermediary knowledge - SCRUM methodology a plus
• Any certain education required (i.e. computer science degree, business degree, etc.) Any specific requirement.
Strong assets: Graphic or UX designer, or mix skills between graphic design and computer development • How many years of experience are required? 3-5 years minimum
• What are your top 3 must-haves? Self-Organized and autonomous, listening skills, detail-oriented
• Is there a possibility of extension or moving to FTE? Yes, the contract could be extended and possibly move to a FTE • Is working from home permitted? Partially. 2 days a week
• Is OT required? Exceptionally as we need to deliver on time each batch weekly
• How many hours per week are they required to work? 37.5 hours a week
• Why is this position available? (i.e. mat leave) New project required extra resources
• Can you tell us anything specifically about the project(s) the candidate will be working on? A completely new Insurance site
• Is parking available? No. Bike parking is available.
• When do you expect to conduct interviews? As soon as possible, any time
• Does your candidate need to be fully bilingual in French and English? English is necessary. French is an strong asset and highly preferable, but we don't want to discount someone if their French isn't perfect, so please detail on the resume if someone is not as strong in French but still worth reviewing.

The Digital Content Producer is part of a content team responsible for building digital financial initiative to create an engaging experience for our consumers. This role involves building web pages using a CMS working closely with other publishers, client stakeholders and team members (UX, SEO experts) to deliver high-quality content in a high-pressure, time-crunched environment. An ideal candidate will have some prior experience building websites, experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS, as a sense of what is an engaging marketing webpage as well as previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.
Relevant Skills and experiences:
• Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience providing training and working with websites.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with various content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager and Target.
• Technologically savvy with HTML and CSS.
