We are looking to hire a Production Team Lead with a manufacturing background in a direct hire role!

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
DAY - 7am - 3pm
AFT - 3pm - 11pm
PM - 11pm - 7am

LOCATION: Dixon and Kipling (ETOBICOKE)

What will you be doing?

- To ensure and co-ordinate that all the production plan and schedule are achieved. Necessary follow up and resolving the ongoing problems

- To ensure that the line start-up have been check and verified before the start of the line

- To ensure that all the production and equipment areas to be cleaned and well maintained with the help of line employees

- To ensure that the desired manpower have been placed and used efficiently on all production lines

- To ensure that the quality parameters are met and followed by implementing the standard recipes and process parameters while ensuring enough training is given to the relevant staff to get the desired quality products

- Continuous training and feedback on the staff orientation and on job training

- To make sure safe environment through regular daily visit of all the production premises and highlight the jobs to be done immediately

Qualifications
Ability to multi-task; handling many responsibilities throughout the shift

Ability to adapt and work in a team oriented environment with minimal supervision

Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation, Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity.
