Randstad is now looking for a Dry Cleaning Supervisor for a client in the greater Victoria area! This company has some of the top clients in the hospitality industry!

Opportunity: Full time, permanent position
Location: Langford, BC
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $18-20/hour
Start: As soon as possible

The Dry Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for;

• Participating in the coordination of the production processes.
• Coaching, managing and developing new and existing employees.
• Tracking and generating daily production records.
• Promoting health and safety.
• Supporting senior management in achieving production goals.
• Maintaining product quality.
• Reviewing, managing and adjusting to changing customer needs.

Job Skills Required;

• Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Capacity to understand and interpret technical aspects of a production environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong hands-on work ethic.
• Must be self-motivated and possess a high degree of initiative.
• Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry experience an asset but not essential.


• $18-20/hour offered to start.
• Two weeks paid vacation.
