Are you an experienced Electromechanical Field Service Technician who enjoys working on complex problems in a field of work that changes every day? We have partnered with our client on their search for an Electromechanical Field Service Technician for the Ontario area.

As an Electromechanical Field Service Technician in the Ontario area you will be doing the following,

- Act as a reference point for the client, assuring the continuous and correct operation of the plant
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment mechanical and electrical problems
- Repair various OEM scope as installed at client sites
- Perform minor and major overhaul
- Assist Service Area Manager establish parts and labour estimates required for equipment and systems repairs
- Maintain and identify service vehicles tooling, parts requirements
- Provide technical expertise
- Complete detailed reports before leaving client sites and submit expenses weekly to Service Area Manager
- Proactively prepare materials list for preventative and corrective work
- Communicate with clients and maintain confidential client relations ensuring ultimate client satisfaction
- Assure all maintenance activities are performed on time
- Assist clients via telephone for technical support while on road
- Be available for calls from clients and coordinate response
- Ensure plant is kept clean and tidy conditions

As a qualified Electromechanical Field Service Technician you will possess the following qualifications,

- High School degree or technical degree relevant experience trade certificate to qualify electrical or mechanical experience / knowledge
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Physically able and willing to work long hours to get the job done
- Willing and able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Able to travel Ontario, across Canada, short term to States
- Have valid passport
- Have valid and clean driver’s license
- Safety minded
