ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING COORDINATOR
Opportunity: Full time, permanent position
Location: Saanich - transit accessible
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
Salary: $45 000
Start: As soon as possible

Your Main Responsibilities;

• Completing work orders in a timely manner
• Assemble, program, test, label and package products
• Troubleshoot and configure products
• Perform light soldering, sawing and drilling work
• Track defects and ensure record keeping to enable product improvement
• Complete field rework and analysis in a timely manner
• Perform or facilitate CSA/CE/UL audits
• Maintaining stock, perform inventory as needed
• Shipping / Receiving, Coordination of courier companies
• Answer shipping and tracking related questions (internal & external)
• Programming pagers for customer orders
• ERP system utilization
• Work with purchaser regarding import/export charges of materials
• Other duties as assigned

Your Background;

• Electronic Technician Certificate or other relevant qualification
• Experience sourcing, installing and maintaining manufacturing software (programming, data collection etc)
• Experience of working in manufacturing of electronics devices
• Experience of soldering (surface mount as well as through hole)
• Experience with ERP systems

You have;

• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Safety oriented attitude, and mechanical assembly skills
• Advanced computer skills, including excel
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude, customer service oriented and ability to multitask
• Able to lift and package products
