Are you a night owl, who is highly organised and would love to independently run an office?

A large, local food distributor in Victoria, BC, is looking for a top Office Administrator to support the running of the office during the evening.

Opportunity: Contract Full time, to permanent for the right individual
Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm

Main Responsibilities;
• Order entry
• Warehouse paperwork
• Invoicing
• Assisting drivers with their paperwork
• Dealing with shortage notifications to the sales reps and buyers
• Suggesting substitutions with the help of warehouse staff
• Other administrative duties as needed

• $16.00 -$20/hour to start depending on experience
• Benefits after 6 months
• Work with a reputable local company
• Supportive and friendly work environment

• 1-2 years administrative experience
• Warehouse environment preferred
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented, with good time management skills
• Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
