Calling all Executive Assistant! Do you have a previous administrative experience? Do you have great interpersonal skills, and perform your work in a swift and professional manner? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant in our Insurance and Pension Administration Industry leading client's downtown Vancouver office. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 3-month assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid up to $22.67 per hour, and be responsible for being proactive and working closely with a whole Retirement team, including the following:

• Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support.
• Prepares correspondence and reports
• Screens telephone calls and visitors
• Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
• May supervise or provide work direction to lower level secretaries
• Operates a PC and software packages

• Work for a top-tier organization in the Insurance and Pension Administration Industry
• Earn the competitive wage of $22.67 per hour
• Work in Downtown Vancouver

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretarial role
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Requires comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices
• Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven ability to work in a team effectively
• Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
