We are looking for an executive assistant to provide administrative support to a group of lawyers in our Tax Law practice

Main tasks:
- Responsible for supporting in general assistance and management to staff;
- Develop and manage schedules on a daily basis, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and book conference calls;
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint to compile reports, letters, presentations, charts and graphs as required from both written and dictated sources;
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department;
- Maintain departmental daily operational workflow. Sort and process incoming mail as appropriate;
- Administrative duties as required.

Work Start Date: As soon as possible - 6 months contract
Salary: $25.50/hour
Preferred working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Flexibility to work overtime when required

- Previous experience supporting administrative functions at senior level Management (3 years);
- Bilingualism required;
- Previous administrative experience in a legal environment is an asset;
- Adaptable to rapid change;
- Expert in Google calendar, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Post-secondary school studies (certificate/diploma) in Office or Business Administration;
- Professionalism, discretion and integrity;
