Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 3 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay Rate: $30.40/hr
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to M to F

As an Executive Assistant your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing high level administrative support for an executive and ensure excellent service and professionalism
- Ensuring calendar is up to date, proactive correspondence management
- Order supplies, maintain records and perform basic bookkeeping
- Completing expenses, memos, letters, financial statements
- Prioritize and manage own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency to meet deadlines
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
- File and retrieve corporate documents and records

- Intermediate Excel for 2 years

- Excellent communication skills
- TD experience
- Banking experience
