Looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment, and is results-driven. The ideal individual exercises good judgement, has outstanding communication, administrative, and organizational skills. If this sounds like you then we really want to meet with you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Prepare reports and recommendations for the CEOs’.
- Maintains, filters, and manages are variety of information to support the CEOs’.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to support company initiatives
- Managing of CEOs’ schedules, meetings, and appointments. Occasionally booking personal meetings when necessary.
- Making travel arrangements, booking flights, and organizing hotel accommodations
- Tracking budgets and preparing expense reports
- Communicate companywide initiatives to all employees on behalf on the CEOs’
- Ensure all confidential management information is filed and maintained in an organized manner
- Other administrative duties and special project requirements will be assigned.
- Be able to support the CEO and manage the office, when needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

- 3-5 years experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite & Outlook

- confident in making sound decisions
- ability to work with confidential information
