Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant that is looking to work for a very well-known appliance company located in the heart of downtown Toronto? Are you organized and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?
If the answer is YES! We have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a household name in the Appliance Industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President!

This is a 2-month contract position to start with a high possibility of going permanent! The pay is 30-35/hour on a temporary basis and for permanent is can range from 65,000-75,000!

Your main responsibilities as an Executive Assistant include:
• Coordinating internal and external meetings for the President and the Senior Management team
• Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data
• Filing and retrieving documents
• Coordinating project based work
• Completing expenses each month for the President
• Arranging travel and hotel booking for President and Senior Management team

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant Experience supporting a President

• Excellent problem solving skills with a strong ability to multi-task
• Superb organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
