Are you a Financial Analyst with a strategic mind and consider yourself to be technically savvy, ideally having worked with software such as SAP Business One and Tableau? Are you passionate about project-based work as well as budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis?

If you have exceptional business partnering and communication skills, both orally and written and have the following skills and qualifications, this may be a great permanent role for you with a growing organization located in Richmond Hill!

Your duties and responsibilities in this newly created role will include;

- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and financial statement analysis as well as preparing the monthly reporting package
- Preparing quarterly cash forecasts
- Assisting with the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring for accuracy
- Supporting the financial planning process
- Reconciliation and analysis of financial accounts
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Assisting with monthly and annual close process
- Creating Tableau reports for end-users
- Preparing monthly reporting package for Senior Leadership
- Provide monthly financial KPI reports, comparing actual to budget and providing explanations
- Assist in team training

Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation or actively enrolled
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Solid interpersonal skills and a strategic business partner
- Knowledge of SAP Business One and/or Tableau preferable OR other large ERP experience such as Oracle or MS Dynamics/Great Plains
- Magento knowledge also an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to lead and manage a project
