Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a one year contract opportunity for a growing client in professional services! The ideal candidate will come with 5 years of relative experience and have worked closely with senior management. This opportunity is based out of Midtown Toronto and is accessible to the TTC subway line.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in preparing monthly Financial Statements and Management reports using Microsoft Dynamic
• Preparing reconciliations and elimination entries by analyzing budgets for reporting
• Bank Reconciliations
• Reconciling Sales to sub ledgers as needed
• Revaluations on AP, AR and balances
• Preparing and posting month end journal entries
• Preparing monthly HST/GST filings
• Assisting in preparing annual year end audits
• All other related finance tasks as assigned

• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience in retail/ professional services
• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA designation is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and deal with a variety of tasks
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven
