Our client, a leader in a leading distributor of electrical construction/industrial products, is looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team in their Burnaby location.

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Preparing and transmitting credit reference inquiries
*Analyzing financial data, compiling reports, and preparing recommendations to management
*Entering new customer accounts
*Researching and resolving customer inquiries
*Supporting customer accounts payable staff to determine payment/invoice discrepancies
*Assisting with occasional collection calls
*Other duties as required

Work for a leader in a leading distributor of electrical construction/industrial products
Burnaby location
4 month contract
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 4:30pm
Start date: ASAP

Minimum 2 years of administrative support
Financial/accounting background a strong asset
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
