We are looking for a Generic Entry-Level Administrator - Junior

Job Summary:

• The Administrative Officer will support the Delivery Services (Development & Testing teams) in performing administrative tasks.
• The Administrative Officer reports functionally to the TCoE

Major responsibilities:

• Support Manager & Lead resources with administrative tasks
• Support resource onboarding logistics (access requests, space, computer equipment, orientation)
• Maintain consultant PO’s
• Review and follow-up on time reporting (SAP, PWA)
• PPM Plan maintenance
• Run and maintain team reports and statistics
• Monitor, triage and dispatch tasks related to various Development & Testing Tools
• Create and follow up on requests in HP Service Manager
• Maintain resource lists, distribution lists, vacation schedules
• Support document classification in SharePoint

Skills/Functional Knowledge:

• 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
• Experience in an information technology environment is an asset
• Experience using SAP for timesheet and reports is an asset
• Experience using MS Project and PPM is an asset
• Basic experience in Microsoft products i.e., SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, organized, bilingual

Education/Certification
• High School diploma or DEC

Required language:
• English
• French
