We are looking for Grinder operators and feeders to work the day, afternoon or night shift in Waterloo for a growing automotive industry. You will be working in the grinding department. If you have a minimum of six months experience and have excellent problem solving skills to keep machines running this position could be for you. You must be able to use measuring devices such as a micrometer to ensure quality parts. You will be working in a team friendly environment. If you love working in a fast paced shop and can handle a large volume of noise this could be your new permanent long term opportunity.

Your duties will entail:
-ensure proper production counts
-load or set up and operate grinding or polishing machines
-use micrometers, calipers and gauges
-quality inspection
-maintain machinery
