Attention all Customer service oriented career seekers!

Randstad is recruiting for Technical Customer Service reps for a well renowned Telecommunication and entertainment company located in Nanaimo, BC! This is for a permanent full time OR part time position.

If you have experience working as a customer service representative, help desk or in a call center setting ... this opportunity might be for YOU!

The successful candidates must have strong communication skills, willingness to go above and beyond for a customer, and be customer service oriented!

Start date: July 23rd, 2018

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Sunday
7:00 am – midnight (rotational shifts)

Compensation:
- $14.71 hourly rate
- Guaranteed 9% increase after first 90 days
- Monthly commission on top of your base pay!

As a Technical Customer Service rep, you can expect to:
- Provide technical support regarding satellite TV
- Handle inbound calls for new and existing clients
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues
- Educate clients/promote features, benefits and advantages of products and services (some warm up-selling)
- Full time representatives will work 40 hours/week
- Part time representatives will work 25-40 hours/week (schedule given a week in advance)

Qualifications
- Clear Communication skills
- Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and web experience a strong asset)
- Previous Customer Service Rep experience
- Previous technical, help desk or sales experience an asset
- Strong time management organizational skills
