Our client is looking for a Business Services Representative North America
Permanent Full time position on south shore (Cowansville)


Process daily customer orders rescheduling, update open order reports and follow up on past due ATP dates.
Track and provide input on key back orders and delivery date issues.
- Process customer pricing quotes by confirming prices, units of measure and stock availability for quoted
products.
- Generate daily, monthly scorecards, review data and provide supporting details and comments. Monitor
order line status.
- Process ERP order management master file maintenance.
- Correct order lines not progressing or on hold due to inventory imbalances.
- Correct daily EDI failures and set up EDI customer files and items.
- Review customer returns imbalances from the warehouse and process necessary return adjustments.
- Back up CSR in case of severe staff shortage.
Professional qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent
- Experience in information technology, accounting or operations
- High level of analytical skills
- Organized and data driven
- Problem solving skills
- Structured, detailed oriented
- Excellent system and process knowledge
