Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Data Entry Officer to support the HR onboarding process for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto! If you are a new grad from an HR related program and have previous data entry experience this is the role for you!

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shifts: Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:00pm

As a Data Entry Officer your main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle simple and complex HR activities related such as onboarding and offboarding, HR processing, coordination and program administration
- Comply with internal and industry regulations, operating practices, processes, procedures
- Liaise with partners to respond to questions and concerns as per the Customer Service Standards

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with back office and telephone work
- High school diploma
- 2 years data entry experience
- 2 years MS Office

Nice to have:
- HR experience
- HRIS system/ workday experience
