This is 14-16 month contract opportunity to grow and develop your HR skills, specifically in the Compensation and Benefits realm! This role directly supports both the Compensation/Benefits and HR Manager.

What you will be doing?
• Administer Benefit plans ( Retirement, Investment, Health Care, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance etc.)
• Respond to email/phone inquiries from internal clients regarding plans
• Maintain/Input information employee information into HRIS (oracle)
• Send new hire benefits packages to employees
• Support HR team with any ad hoc administrative duties

What skills are required??
• Human Resources Diploma with an interest in Benefit/Pension Administration
• Customer Service Focused
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience with Oracle an asset
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Able to respect confidentiality at all times
