Randstad is hiring for a Bilingual and Unilingual Inbound Customer Contact Center role for one of Canada's biggest retail corporations in Rivierview!

We have partnered with a great company in Riverview and you have the chance of working with them in their Inbound Customer Contact Center!

This is a permanent full time position working with a team who will provide you the tools to be able to build your skills and help you grow professionally within the company itself.

Annual Salary:
$30,000 for English speaking candidates
$32,000 for French Bilingual speaking candidates

Hours of Operation:
The center is open 24/7, they are looking for candidates to work shifts between 7:00am - 2:00am, must be flexible with the shifts

As a Call Center Representative, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with placing orders or order issues
- Answering product related inquires from the customers
- Provide information on billing, shipping, and handling issues
- Providing top notch customer service from start to finish to build customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Computer efficient
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work alone
