Are you looking for an exciting investment opportunity? Do you have strong business acumen? Interested in owning and running your own distribution route for a leading bakery? If so, we have the opportunity you have been looking for!

We are seeking individuals interested in owning a distribution route for a leading bakery in Richmond Hill. In this role, you would be running your business to achieve route sales, merchandising, and inventory management for each customer you support.

Responsibilities include;
•Managing timelines for delivery and service frequency as per the Daily Route Schedule
• Work with District Managers to review your routes to maintain highest level of service, identify market trends, and review financials to ensure success
• Maintaining a full in-stock position 7 days a week by conducting regular business reviews with customers (providing gold standard service to customers)
• Ensuring inventory is at optimal levels to meet store & consumer expectation(minimizing out of stocks)
• Consultative selling with key decisions makers at store level to achieve business goals
• In-store merchandising by ensuring space to sell your products, adhering to the company plan-o-grams, maintaining minimal display requirements, etc.
• Communicating with stores and bakery to plan order for feature/special event activities
•Maintaining delivery vehicle/trucks in good working condition (clean, professional, etc.)

• Manage your own Distribution Route for a leading bakery

• Minimum 2 years commercial grocery, selling, or business experience
• Direct store delivery (DSD) a strong asset
• You’re able to purchase a route and set up the business structure
• You have your own vehicle (mandatory)
• You have strong business acumen, sales experience and drive
• You have strong planning and organizational skills
• You have a depot that meets standards (dock height, pest control program in place, cleanliness, facilities, etc.)
• A criminal and credit check will be completed if you are selected for the role
