Immediate need for a licensed 442 industrial electrician!

We are recruiting for an industrial electrican for a woodbridge work location.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Read, interpret, and following drawings, schematics, diagrams, specifications and reports.

Be skilled in physical assembly and wiring of assemblies, circuits, and industrial control panels.

Be able to adjust and repair electrical equipment when necessary

Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to drawings or schematics using various tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Familiar with PLCs, AC/DC drives, HMIs, computers

Able to design and build control panels as required in compliance with Ontario Electrical Code

Overtime as required

Must haves!

- 442a is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous manufacturing environment
- Manual dexterity and ability to use small hand tools / hand eye coordination
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures such as lockouts / tag outs
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Versatility and willingness to change priorities and parameters

Assets are:
- Lean manufacturing experience or knowledge
- Forklift operation
- Familiarity with window and door manufacturing equipment - (LiSEC, Forel, 3 axis CNC, Vinyl welding/trimming)
