Are you a Journeyman Millwright currently living in Valley or Greater Vancouver Area or looking to relocate

We have a great contract-to-hire position available immediately in Chilliwack BC.

Duties Include:
* Conduct Installation, Fitting, Troubleshooting and other maintenance duties.
* Conduct investigations to determine the cause of breakdowns and recommend remedial action to prevent recurrences
* Operate computer programs such as Windows and MS Office
* Tasks such as designing Layouts, Leveling and Aligning Fabricated assemblies using cranes and forklifts.
* Experience with Hoisting and rigging up to 10000Kgs

* Educate other personnel on safe and effective operating procedures for the equipment and systems in use

-Red Seal Millwright Endorsement along with Journeyman Certificate
-Previous electrical experience an asset
-Grade 12 or equivalent
-Minimum 4 years’ experience with conveyors, specialized rigging, and large projects is an asset.
-Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings is necessary.
-Very good mechanical aptitude and training / Industrial maintenance troubleshooting experience.
