We are looking for an Industrial Millwright to join one of the industry's top leaders in aluminum extrusion located in Brampton.

The Millwright will be responsible to:
- Carry out safety procedures such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out
- Proactive maintenance to ensure the plant & production equipment functions with minimal downtime
- Preventative maintenance
- Respond to all hydraulic-based mechanical machinery with minor electrical troubleshooting
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Respond to breakdowns
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems with minor pneumatic & electrical circuits
- Use hand tools to repair, assemble, and dismantle equipment
- Monitor equipment performance, document & evaluate potential problems for root cause solutions & improvements
- Focus on continuous improvement of equipment performance to improve efficiency
- Comply with all ISO & quality related policies, procedures, and system requirements

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- 433A license
- Strong people-person skills & communication skills
- Ability & willingness to learn
- Team-player who can work collaboratively
- Strong experience in hydraulic & mechanical machinery troubleshooting
- About 3-4 years of experience within manufacturing industry
- Able to read & interpret machinery drawings & schematics
