Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a Red Seal Industrial Millwright to work days for our client in industrial manufacturing.

Duties Include:
-conduct investigations to determine cause of breakdowns and recommend remedial action to prevent recurrences
-Operate computer programs such as Windows and MS Office
-Provide quick response to trouble calls by shift supervisors and or operators/technicians
-Assist Operating Engineers in the maintenance of plant utilities
-Follow work orders to ensure work is completed on time
-Recommend changes in preventive maintenance procedures and practices
-Oversee level 3 and level 4 Millwright team members, being the lead for the department
-Educate other personnel on safe and effective operating procedures for the equipment and systems in use

Qualifications
-Red Seal Millwright Ticket
-Previous electrical experience an asset
-Grade 12 or equivalent
-Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant environment (bucket elevators, augers, fans, vacuums, motors, pumps, compressors, etc.)
-People-oriented team player
-Able to manage priorities effectively
-Own tools required
-Very good mechanical aptitude and training / Industrial maintenance troubleshooting experience
-Experience w/ AC and DC motors and associated controllers
