Our client is in need of an Infrastructure Analysts to assist in supporting an Edmonton-based Office.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, assisting with deploying LAN/WAN strategy, configuring and deploying switches, configuring and deploying wireless devices, and working with a team to ensure operational stability of their infrastructure.


Assist with configuring and deploying switches to offices and facilities across the organization.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical infrastructure problems.
Assist with implementing large infrastructure projects.
Adheres with all operational and project expectations relating to documentation standards, status reporting, change management, etc.
Provide high quality customer service.
Contribute to the overall department strategy.

Skills / Experience

Must have 5-7 years’ worth of experience in various infrastructure positions.
Large enterprise experience with:
Windows Server environments
Enterprise switch configuration, routing, and wireless solutions
Certificate management
Server Virtualization technologies
Storage solutions
DHCP configuration
VPN solutions
Cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
Information security best practices as it relates to infrastructure
Experience with the following is considered an asset:
IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts
Hyperconverged Infrastructure
Linux based environments
Call centre technology and management
Industrial control systems
Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) devices and architecture
Experience with projects involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and has outstanding communication skills.
Be able to prioritize tickets and work in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change of priorities in work
