experience in inside sales? looking for an opportunity in York region? we are currently recruiting for an inside sales role with a successful, mid size company in Markham. In this role you will be responsible for order entry, customer support, processing quotations and purchase orders, drafting proposals, and general office support. what you will be doing

• identifying client needs and determining the best way to support them
• propose solutions to customer problems using company resources and products
• order entry and processing, following up on the orders
• product support and replacement solutions
• draft reports
• provide detailed quotations

do you have the right qualifications?

• experience in the apparel/garment industry a must have
• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional investigative, negotiating, and analytical skills
• 3-5 years of inside sales and customer service experience
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office
• ability to support the sales team and perform under pressure
• strong organizational, decision making, and exceptional time management skills
