Are you a Heavy Duty Mechanic who is looking for a career change? Would you prefer to move to an office environment with one of North America's leaders in aftermarket automotive parts. We are looking for an inside sales representative to join our team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to break in to inside sales and/or office environment. Located in Surrey, we are transit accessible and we are interviewing for this role right away.

The main responsibility for this role is to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge specializing in heavy duty diesel engines.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

- Keep up to date on industry/market trends
- Be able to use both computer-based and manual parts catalogues
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and customers
- Provide excellent customer/client support both over the phone and in person
- Provide top quality information on heavy equipment/truck engine parts
- Consistently thrive to improve the companies process' to help drive the business forward
- You will also be responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventory
