The successful candidate will be supervising a team of 10-15 inside sales representatives. You will be supporting the team with development and establishing procedures to improve efficiencies within the department. This position offers you the ability to work with a growing team and lead people through their career development.
You will be reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager who will be working with you to implement changes within the Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years exposure in the Pump industry.

- Supervise the Inside Sales team by providing support to the team putting together reports based on quality and quantity of work performed.
- Drafting a developmental plan for representatives to ensure that the team is on track with results
- Provide leadership and create accountability to ensure accuracy in the level of service that is being provided.
- Making sure that the Inside Sales representatives maintain company standards when providing quotes and speaking with clients over the phone.
- Interact with external sales team and providing effective communication with the management team.
- Expressing a big focus on departmental and company Health and Safety standards.

- $65,000-$85,000 in annual salary
- Ability to work with a great team

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team
- Must poses experience in the Pumps industry
- Ability to lead and mentor staff
- Clear written and oral communication
