We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client within the construction industry in Burlington. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales, cold calling, customer service and order management. The successful candidate will be responsible prospecting new clients, selling to new and existing clients, and providing great customer service in a timely manner.

Job Duties

-Sales that are KPI driven
-Provide customer service to clients about spare parts
-Order spare parts for clients
-Providing quotes
-Providing information to customers using catalog
-Answering inbound calls from clients
-Troubleshooting and problem solving
-Customer Service over phone and email
