We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is looking for an exciting new opportunity in Markham!

You will provide support to the sales team and help execute sales strategies to grow our market share. You are responsible for coordinating tasks and activities in conjunction with our Account Managers, Channel Sales Managers, and our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage tasks and activities including monitoring the sales email and distributing to the Sales & Operations team.

· Preparing sales quotations, track and report on key metrics (e.g. customer calls, partner meetings, sales by product, sales by region, sales by partner, etc.).

· Consolidate and expand the database of prospects of the organization.

· Manage and document the details of the sales cycle in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

· Maintain and expand the product lists and pricing policies.

· Assist in the development and execution of promotional programs and new product launches.

· Work closely with Channel Sales and Account Managers & Partners to find opportunities.

· Make warm follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.

· Manage and ensures customer satisfaction with every interaction.

About You:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Inside Sales – industrial, electrical, automation, or distribution field preferred

· Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

· Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
