Position: Customer Service - Bilingual - Customer Service - Insurance/Financial Industry
Kingston Ontario
$39000 -42000$
schedule: must be available between 8h00 - 20h00 from Monday to Friday

Overview:
In this role, the CSR supports the relationships with clients by responding in a timely and accurate manner to the daily demands.

Responsibilities:
- Action all requests and calls submitted from clients by phone, fax, e-mail and voice message
- Conduct research and collaborate with experts in relevant matters. Make recommendations or a decisions on given situations
- Enter and maintain the information in multiple Computer Systems

Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in customer service, notably in the insurance sector or financial services
- banking experience is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- in the process of obtaining the ACS titles, PCS, FLMI An asset
