We are currently looking for an Integrity Information Management Analyst to support our Canada's largest energy distribution company in North York, Ontario. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 5 months assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid $19.22 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of professional and technical staff, including the following:

• Utilize information gathered on GSTS Integrity activities with a focus to extract pertinent information to enhance IMP records.
• Work with records management and GIS to find opportunities to combine different pipeline specification data sets into one source of record for all of EGD and affiliates.
• Assess and document the GSTSI records architecture and work with the Records Management department on an initiative to establish Records Management principles on GSTSI project and asset records.
• Perform initial review of ILI and NDE reports to ensure they meet EGD reporting guidelines and records management guidelines.
• Review completed project files to ensure they meet records management requirements and submit to the records department for archiving.
• Organize physical records and ensure they are properly stored and sent to records group for archiving.
• Continuous updates of Pipebooks in GIS/PRIM by leveraging new data.
• Scheduled update of Pipebooks in GIS/PRIM to reflect changes to the pipeline such as replacements or repairs.
• Organizing and loading historical NDE information into PRIM software and updating Pipebooks with NDE information gathered.

Mandatory Skills:
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, engineering drawings, and as-built construction drawings
• Technically inclined with ability to understand and solve problems by formulating conclusions based on various data inputs
• A high level of attention to detail
• Capable of quickly and independently learning new processes
• Strong sense of organization, initiative, and planning
• Technical writing capability
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and adoptability to new software platforms.
Nice to have:
• Background in Records Management (preferred)
• Knowledge of Gas policy and procedures (preferred)

• Engineering or other technical background
• Working knowledge of GIS systems (e.g. ESRI ArcGIS) would be an asset
• Experience with SQL coding language would be an asset
