Calling all Inventory and Logistics Associate! If you are eager to join a telecommunication company and have Customer service and MS Excel skills we have a great opportunity for you!

Our client in the telecom industry is currently looking for an Inventory Associate to work in their Toronto office. The successful candidates will work full-time hours and be responsible for the following:

• Processing Inquiry tickets related to inventory and logistics operations
• Development and improvement of processes and procedures for the business unit
• Service level monitoring of internal and external metrics
• Contacting customers to close service gap
• Performing various data related tasks within the team

Qualifications
• 1+ experience in processing or managing inventory and logistics
• Strong processing and data management skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities with little direct supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
