Our client located in Downtown Toronto around the Yorkville area is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join their team! If you have a passion for music this is a perfect opportunity for you! The duties of this position will include but not be limited to:

Junior Executive Assistant
• Coordinating the Presidents schedule
• Assisting with data entry duties such as entering invoices into the system
• Scheduling appointments and booking meetings
• Dispatching service attendants
• ADHOC projects as needed

Qualifications
• 3+ years of administrative experience

• Previous working experience in the music industry is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
