Contract Position

Our client, a large Pipeline / Oil and Gas organization is looking to hire a Contract Land Administrator to join their team.

Do you consider yourself an expert in the discipline of Land administration, with knowledge of pipe regulations? Have you worked with British Columbia files and know the provincial regulations? If you have what we are looking for, APPLY NOW!


Land administration of:
• Rentals
• Obligations
• Crossing
• Acquisitions
• GIS database management
• Prepare documentation


• 5 to 7 years of experience in a Land Admin role
• GIS database experience
• Expertise of British Columbia lands
• Knowledge of applicable acts, guides and regulations (British Columbia)
• Good organizational, writing skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to schedule time and prioritize
• Good interpersonal skills and communication on and off the telephone
• Experience with windows software, Adobe, word and excel is preferred

Working Conditions

• Office environment with occasional travel to site
• The incumbent will be based out of the Edmonton or Calgary office with 10% to 15% travel to Fort St. John, Abbottsford, or Vancouver area
