About the role:
We are currently seeking a Chief Engineer who is responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, operating environment by assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems located in Delta, BC.

Duties:
• Ensuring operation of boilers
• Maintain and repair wood boiler
• Completing preventive maintenance requirements
• Maintaining equipment, parts, and supplies inventories
• Developing maintenance schedules for major equipment
• Coordinating with Boiler Safety Inspectors

Qualifications
• 4th or 3rd class power engineering ticket
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing plant
• Knowledge of wood boilers would be an asset
• Demonstrated success in the application of safety standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and OHS
