Do you want to have a new opportunity in one of the largest banks in Canada? Do you have classes in the morning and looking for an evening and weekend job? We may have the perfect job for you!

Evening (primary) schedule - from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm or 1:00pm to 9:00pm
Salary will vary between 16-19$/hour depending on experience
Between 30.5 and 37.5 hours per week
You have to be available from Monday to Sunday - between 8:00am and 10:00pm
6 months contract with high possibility of growing within the company

What will your tasks be?
- Manage incoming and outgoing collections calls for customers with invoices or payment statements that have expired
- Answering customer questions regarding invoices and statements due
- Interact with clients, lawyers, other branches and different professionals
- Perform other customer service tasks as required

Do you have the skills required for the Collections Officer position?
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre
- College and/or university diploma - an asset
- Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in both languages (English and French)
- Experience in collections - an asset
