Are you an experienced Logistics Clerk with SAP experience in yard management? Then we are looking for you, for an immediate opportunity!

This role is a full time position, working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and will be a temp to permanent opportunity.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Yard Manager, your role will be to work with the other Logistics & Inventory Clerks to achieve real time updated inventory management from data collected from the Yard personnel. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering superior customer service, problem solving skills, and accurate data entry. You are someone who thrives in a fast paced, large volume Yard environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assists in shipment activities preparing Just-in-Time schedule
- Loading information collected by yard personnel into the Yard Management system
- Monitor First In, First Out and product aging
- Carries out typical office tasks such as preparing and filing documents, copying, control and request of office supplies and preparation of reports, data entry/management.
- Performs other clerical tasks as required.
- Optimizes the use of stock, ensuring product availability within warehousing
- Guarantees customer satisfaction on purchase orders
- Complies with company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
- Contributes to a work safe environment for all employees at all times



Advantages

- Earn between $20-$23 hourly based on experience

Qualifications
Your Skills:

- Previous SAP experience required
- 3+ Years experience in inventory control/management in a yard or warehouse environment
- Previous OCTG experience preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
- Clear interpersonal communication skills
- Detail orientated and organized
- Team orientated
- Recognized for your ability to troubleshoot and find solutions
