Machine Operator – Ottawa

Do you enjoy working in a manufacturing or industrial environment? Do you want to gain additional experience completing a variety of tasks in an industrial setting including tooling changes, cleaning and operating a CNC Machine?

Working as a Machine Operator at this family-owned and operated company you will be contributing to a seasoned and loyal team in a dynamic environment.


Advantages:
· Salary: $17/hour
· Permanent/full-time position
· Shift: 6:30-2:30 pm, AND 10:30 pm-6:30 am
· Great benefits including health care

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
· Operate CNC lathe machine
· Tool change
· Perform daily inspections and cleaning of machinery
· Help ensure a safe workplace by conducting site maintenance
· Complete daily production reports
. Any general labor task that may be required

Qualifications:
· Must have a can-do attitude
· At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
· Good attention to detail, work well in a team, punctual and dependable
