Looking to gain clerical experience with a well-known insurance company? We are looking for a mailroom clerk who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for the effective operation of the main mail distribution centres for head office and main locations located across Canada.

As a Mailroom Clerk, you will receive:
*Open, sort and deliver all incoming mail, output, and courier to the various business units within Canadian Division *Prepare, sort, and ship all outgoing mail and couriers.

This role will also be responsible for performing tasks within the shipping/receiving department. This role will require lifting of up to 20 LBS. This is a very fast-paced day which requires on your feet duties all day.

-Waterloo location
-3 month contract with strong potential to be extended
-Gain experience in a corporate head office setting
-Shift between 8:00am to 4:00pm
-Full-time hours
-Start date: June 4th, 2018

- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job; some heavy lifting of up to 20 lbs is required
- PC knowledge, including MS Office and Windows
- Excellent knowledge of mail metering equipment and courier tracking/delivery systems an asset
-Able to lift up to 20 lbs
