We are pleased to offer you this new and exciting permanent requirement with our client for the position of:


As Manager of Technical Services you will be responsible for overseeing the team for technical services in the areas including hardware, software, resources and consulting. You will be responsible to define performance measurements/issues/reviews; recognize individual and team achievements and milestones. Other key components will be ensuring performance and quality of deliverables, develop and maintain business and vendor relationships, and oversee continuous improvements.

• Relevant Post-Secondary education (IT, Business, Computer Science, etc.)
• 5-7 years previous experience in project management and ability to manage from concept to completion
• Experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge in Windows/Unix based systems and products
• Strong knowledge in cloud computing, cloud Services, SAAS, PAAS, IAAS
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with contacts effectively and efficiently
• Familiarity with systems administration responsibilities
