Randstad is currently seeking talented welders for a MIG welding position with our client in Ottawa East. If you, or anyone you know are

• Salary: $19.54/hr
• 4 days/week (40 hours) Monday to Thursday
• Day shift

• Experience in MIG welding (semi-automatic)
• Ability to work on an assembly line
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and running multiple machines/jobs at the same time
• Attention to detail is a must
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages
• Lifting and handling heavy materials
• WHMIS training an asset
• Bilingual is an asset
• Reliable transportation (inaccessible by bus)

- Permanent position;
- Salary $18-$20 with raise after 6 months
- Monday to Thursday, 7am-5:30pm (40 hours)
- Full benefits after 6 months, 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 paid stat days during holidays, 2 weeks unpaid vacation during - - Quebec construction holiday, yearly clothing allowance, RRSP matching program

- Experienced in MIG welding – semi-automatic
- Cross-training during non-peak production
- Ability to work on an assembly line
- Professional training and ability to read plans an asset
- Bilingual (French speaking environment)
- Junior welders are welcome to apply!
