Randstad is hiring for a Millwright to join an amazing organization located in the Vaughan area. As a Millwright you will be responsible for the following key duties on the Day Shift.

- Responsible for maintaining all tooling, manufacturing equipment and associated equipment with the facility
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintain plastic molds, various other molds and dies, semi-automated machinery
- Setup and troubleshoot machinery upon completion of repair to ensure full working capacity
- Develop, implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program and schedule
- Make recommendations for equipment replacement or overhauls, as well as other continuous improvement ideas for the company

Qualifications
- Licensed 433A Millwright with 3 or more years experience in an industrial environment
- Prior experience with tooling maintenance and repair (stamping equipment, extrusion machinery, plastic molds), use of manual machinery (lathes, mills, drill press) to repair and maintain plastic molds, extrusion machinery and stamping molds
- Previous experience with adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule and updating it's records
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to read mechanical drawings, blueprints
