Calling all 433a Millwrights!

We have an immediate need of a licensed 433a Industrial Millwright for a woodbrige job location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of industrial equipment.

Your day to day:

- Providing troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support as needed
- Reading diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures and fully understand operation of equipoment to ensure quick fixing
- Preforming diagnostics on equipment and letting the pruchasing department know whats needed for troubleshooting and repairs
-Adhering to all safety regulations and codes
-Preventative maintenance, inspections, and log book maintenance
- Recommending changes, upgrades, and modifications
- Supporting weekly production requirements
- Complete understanding of all lock out, fall protection, and confined space procedures
- Using equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company

- Overtime as required, on call.


What do you need?

- 433a license with minimum 2-3 years millwright experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands on experience in machine assembly, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
- Previous experience developing and implementing PMP
- High level of expertise in hand and power tools
- Able to meet performance goals, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Very detail oriented
- Able to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Problem solving ability
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, Lock out / Tag out
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to work at heights using man lifts and access equipment
- Be versatile and willing to work with changing priorities and parameters

Whats nice to have:

- Familiar with door and window manufacturing equipment - (LiSEC, Forel, 3 axis CNC, Vinyl Welding/Trimming)
- Forklift license
- Lean manufacturing knowledge / experience
