Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Niche-Analyst for a 1-month contract in Toronto!
Pay Rate: $20hr
Shift Hours:
Mon to Fri, 8 am to 4pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting an investigation to identify/confirm full client relationship designated to be demarketed
-Managing own case portfolio life-cycle, ensuring all accounts are identified, and case disposition completed within stipulated timeframes
-Escalating instances of non-compliance to management and appropriate internal stakeholders.
-Investigate and analyze specific customer information and account documentation to research and resolve issues.
- Document clear, thorough and accurate demarket process reports summarizing all pertinent findings, actions, and issues
-Communicating with the account opening team, financial investigation unit, AML operations and/or businesses regarding customer relationship termination process and other requests for information while maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and AML processes/procedures
-Acting as a central/primary point of contact with affected customers as required, supporting communication of bank’s decisions effectively while observing strict adherence to TDBG’s policies.

Must Haves:
- TD Experience previously
- Understanding of confidentiality
- 4 years of Analyst Experience
- 4 years of AML experience
- Communication Skills 5/5
-4 years of Professional, polished and well put together experiences

Nice to have:
Huge Preference for Manager to have some TD systems knowledge
