Our Ocean Import team is currently looking for an energetic person to join the team. The successful candidate will be organized, self motivated, excellent typing skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients and service providers.

Detailed Responsibilities:

* Handling and processing of import shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
* Prepare Import / Export Documentation such as bill of lading, Insurance certification and export declaration.
* Interface with peers, colleagues, customers, supervisors and management.
* Comply with company policies, procedures and ISO guidelines.
* Tracking and tracing with steamship lines and other freight forwarders.
* Arranging deliveries to final destination.

- A daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.
- Competitive salary between $ 38-40K/Yr , depending on experience
- Full time - 40 hours / week
- Long-term and permanent position
- Full medical and extended benefits on completion of 90 days.

Minimum 3 years experience in ocean import.
Able to work in a team environment.
Bilingual - English / Mandarin would be an asset.
Ability to multitask.
Strong understanding of International Trade.
Excellent computer skills, MS office required.
