Do you have experience as an office clerk? Are you looking for a new opportunity in administration? Are you also bilingual and comfortable with the Office suite? We are currently looking for an order tracking clerk in Pointe-Claire for a 6-month contract.

What are the main responsibilities of the order tracking clerk ?:
- Keep the order information up-to-date in the system
- Make the necessary corrections in the system
- Contact suppliers to check the status of orders
- Communicate with the transport company


Salary: $ 15 / hour
Schedule from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm (1 hour of lunch break)
Office located in Pointe-Claire

Qualifications
What are the requirements of the order tracking clerk position?
- Experience from 1 to 2 years as an office clerk
- Proficiency in the Office Suite (Excel)
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma
